1. About AirCalendar
AirCalendar is a property management system supplied by AirCalendar Ltd ("we", "us"). By purchasing a licence you agree to the terms below.
2. Your licence
Monthly and Annual licences are recurring subscriptions. They renew automatically until cancelled. Perpetual licences are a one-off purchase that gives you ongoing use of the version of AirCalendar at the time of purchase, plus minor updates within the major release line.
3. Hosting (Perpetual only)
If you opt in to managed hosting, we provide hosting and routine updates for the licensed instance for an annual fee, billed yearly in advance.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept card and (for recurring plans) UK BACS Direct Debit and SEPA Direct Debit, depending on your country. We do not store your card or bank details on our systems.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel a recurring plan at any time. Pro-rata refunds are at our discretion and handled by us in our back office. One-off licences are non-refundable once delivered, except as required by law.
6. Data
You own your data. We process personal data in line with UK GDPR.
7. Liability
The software is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior twelve months.
8. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version you agreed to at purchase is preserved against your order.
