    Visitors browse by location, dates and party size. Filters narrow on amenities and price, and the nested location tree turns "South of France" into the right matches automatically.

    The booking page shows the live availability calendar, a per-night quote built by the pricing engine, and exactly what their deposit will be, with no surprises at checkout.

    Guest pays the deposit

    Stripe takes the deposit on the spot in GBP, EUR or USD. The booking is held the moment the payment clears, and your iCal exports update so other channels see those nights as gone.

    A branded confirmation email goes out automatically, with the booking summary, balance amount and check-in instructions. The booking shows up on your calendar in the same heartbeat.
