This page explains what data collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), billing address, and the licence URL where AirCalendar will run. Your card or bank details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them on our servers.
When you visit the marketing site we record anonymous page-view counts so we know which pages are useful. We don't store your IP address; we hash it together with the date so we can count unique visitors per day without holding any personal data.
If you accept our cookie banner, Google Analytics may set its own cookies on your device. Those are governed by Google's privacy policy.
Why we collect it
To process your order, send your invoice and licence key, contact you about renewals, and provide support. We also use anonymised page-view data to improve the site.
Who we share it with
Stripe processes every payment. Your email and name pass through our SMTP provider when we send transactional emails. We never sell or rent your details to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as we're required to under UK accounting law (currently six years). Page-view records are kept rolling and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at [email protected] and we'll act within 30 days.
Cookies
We set a single browser-side preference (your choice in our cookie banner) under aircal:cookie-consent. If you accept analytics, Google's gtag library sets its own cookies; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
